STRENGTH: HIIT

A high-energy, cardio-driven, full-body, strength and conditioning class utilizing dumbbells, body weights, and resistance bands. This class is for all levels and modifications are always provided and encouraged.

STRENGTH: FULL BODY

Designed to increase power, stability, and overall strength. This class incorporates exercises and compound movements that work both the upper and lower body in a complementary way for a total body experience.

STRENGTH: UPPER

Our body-specific classes focus on one muscle group at a time to get you the most effective workload possible. This class was designed to increase upper body strength by focusing on arms, chest, back, and core exercises for a total upper body experience.

STRENGTH: LOWER

Our body-specific classes focus on one muscle group at a time to get you the most effective workload possible. This class was designed to build lower body strength and power, featuring legs, glutes, and core exercises for a complete lower body experience.

YOGA X STRENGTH

GENTLE INFRARED HEAT

A hybrid class that combines a music-driven, Vinyasa-based practice with total body strength training. This class takes the best of our YOGA and STRENGTH offerings to create a fun, unique, and challenging experience. Sneakers are optional.

RIDE X STRENGTH

Challenging, music-driven, action-packed, and always FUN – RIDE X STRENGTH combines our signature RIDE and STRENGTH classes all into one experience. You can expect a heart-pumping, motivating cardio workout matched perfectly with powerful strength and conditioning mat work — truly the best of both worlds.

TRAINING CAMP

Think personal training in a fun, small group environment. This class pairs heavy-strength movements with high-intensity rotating stations to build strength, endurance, and power. Sessions are capped at six people to ensure proper movement mechanics and form while encouraging camaraderie amongst participants.

STRENGTH FOR IMPACT
