After heading out west to San Diego for university and some sunshine, Sarah came back to her home state of Massachusetts armed with a E-RYT 200 certification and endless energy. When she’s not at her full-time job or leading yoga trainings, you can usually find her taking / teaching spin, bootcamp or other recovery classes.  A lover of balanced workout routines, she also manages to balance out life between binge watching Netflix, trying out new vegetarian / seafood recipes, and – oh yeah – leading adventure retreats around the world.
