If you need to cancel your reservation, we ask that you do so at least 12 hours before the official start of class. You can cancel your reservation at any point via the website, app, or by calling the studio.
If you cancel your class less than 12 hours before the start of class, this is considered a LATE CANCEL. Late cancellations will result in a $15 penalty fee + return of credit.
If you neglect to cancel your class before the start of class and do not show up, this is considered a NO-SHOW. No-shows will result in a $20 penalty fee + loss of credit.
Joining the waitlist is like signing up for class. One valid credit in your account is needed. As spots become available, they will be automatically allocated to those on the waitlist on a first come, first served basis up to 30 minutes before the start of class. If you are allocated a spot through the waitlist, you will be notified by email.
Please make sure to cancel your place on the waitlist if you no longer wish to attend class. You can do this at any point – without penalty – via the website or app, unless you have already been added to class. Once you are assigned a spot, the normal cancellation policy is in effect.
In the 30 minute window prior to the start of class, front desk will only add you to class if they are able to reach you via phone or if you are physically in the studio.
We begin releasing spots due to no-shows exactly at the start of class, unless someone has called to let us know they are running late. If no bikes or mats become available by the start of the class, the credit will be returned to your account.
If you are running late, please call the studio and your spot will be held for up to 5 minutes after the official start of class. After 5 minutes, you will be automatically late canceled.
Spots will be released at the official start of class to waitlisted clients who are in the studio or those on standby.
If it is your first time at B/SPOKE, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before the start of class. We will not hold spots for first time clients past the official start of class.
Classes and membership packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If a purchase was made in error, refund requests initiated within 48 hours of time of purchase are acceptable.
Charges for “unused” memberships are non-refundable past 30 days. After 30 days, only a 50% account credit will be considered.
Unworn merchandise (with tag intact) will be accepted for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, a 100% store credit will be issued.
Account credits and gift card balances are not refundable for their equivalent cash value.
All new or upgraded memberships have a 3-month commitment unless stated otherwise. Canceling your membership before the 3-month minimum will result in a fee of 50% of the monthly membership billing rate.
If you would like to cancel your membership, we ask that you reach out to your local studio within 15 days of the start of your next billing cycle.
We appreciate your support in honoring the space as an opportunity for everyone to be present and disconnect.
Please leave your phone and other electronic devices outside the room in a secure cubby/locker, unless there is an urgent or medical need.
Please switch any fitness trackers or watches that light up into Theatre Mode or Do Not Disturb, since these can be distracting to the instructor and other class participants.
Please arrive early to the studio to allow yourself enough time to check in and get situated on your bike or mat without stress.
Please wear clean + fresh clothes.
Please stay for the duration of the stretch + cool-down.
Please shower quickly when possible. Our studio spaces close 45 minutes after the last class finishes.
