  • DO I NEED TO SIGN ANYTHING?

    Yes! In addition to the Safety & Compliance Form that you’ve acknowledged & signed upon registering for an account via website or app, you will also be required to complete a pre-class Safety Compliance + Health Declaration Form with specific provisions related to COVID-19 EVERY TIME that you take a class at the studio.

  • WILL MY CREDITS STILL WORK?

    CAPE HOUSE: Yes! ALL Cape House R/DE credits can be used to book a bike.

    WAREHOUSE: Yes! All previous ALL-ACCESS / BOSTON credits will work to book classes, including BOSTON: OUTDOOR R/DE credits. However, if you’d like to convert any remaining credits to STORE CREDIT, please reach out to HELLO.

     

  • WHAT IF I HAVE A MONTHLY PASS?

    CAPE HOUSE: All CAPE HOUSE Monthly Passes WILL work to book INDOOR classes. To unfreeze your membership, please email HELLO.

    WAREHOUSE: All ALL-ACCESS Monthly Passes WILL work to book INDOOR classes at WAREHOUSE. To unfreeze your membership, please email HELLO.

    All Monthly Passes will remain FROZEN until requested to unfreeze.

  • What do I do with my leftover OUTDOOR R/DE credits?

    ALL OUTDOOR R/DE credits CAN be used to book INDOOR R/DE classes at each specific location. However, if you’d like to convert your OUTDOOR R/DE credits to store credit, please email HELLO.

    STORE CREDIT does not expire and can be used to purchase future credit packages, transferred to be used towards our online store The SHOP, or converted to an On Demand Monthly Subscription.

  • HOW ARE BIKES + MATS SET UP?

    R/DE (CAPE HOUSE): Bikes are spaced at LEAST 6 feet apart and separated by plexiglass dividers on ALL sides of the bike, creating an enclosed 6’ x 6’ area for you to R/DE, physically separated by all other individuals in the R/DE room. Our R/DE room maximum capacity has been reduced to 40% (23 bikes, including the Instructor bike). Masks do NOT need to be worn for the duration of the class however are required before/after class and whenever not on your designated spot.

    R/DE (WAREHOUSE): Bikes are spaced at LEAST 14′ apart. There are 35 bikes plus an Instructor bike. Please note that the ceilings in the R/DE & TRAIN X Studio Space are at LEAST 25 feet high in all areas. Masks do NOT need to be worn for the duration of the class however are required before/after class and whenever not on your designated spot.

    TRAIN X (CAPE HOUSE): Mats are spaced 6′ apart with a maximum of 10 people PLUS the instructor in the room. Masks MUST be worn for the duration of the class.

    TRAIN X (WAREHOUSE): Mats are spaced at LEAST 14′ apart. Masks do NOT need to be worn for the duration of the class however are required before/after class and whenever not on your designated spot.

    YOGA (WAREHOUSE): Mats are spaced 9′-10′ apart. Masks MUST be worn for the duration of class.

     

  • DO I HAVE TO WEAR A MASK DURING CLASS?

    R/DE (CAPE HOUSE + WAREHOUSE): Your face mask/covering can be removed during the actual class (if you so choose). Please make sure to wear a face mask or other suitable face covering upon arrival and until you are ON YOUR DESIGNATED STATION and the Instructor has announced to remove your face mask. Your face mask/covering can be removed during the actual class, we just ask that you put it back on AFTER the completion of class and before leaving your designated station.

    TRAIN X (CAPE HOUSE): Your face mask/covering MUST be worn for the duration of the class.

    TRAIN X (WAREHOUSE): Your face mask/covering can be removed during the actual class (if you so choose). Please make sure to wear a face mask or other suitable face covering upon arrival and until you are ON YOUR DESIGNATED STATION and the Instructor has announced to remove your face mask.   • HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR CLASS?

    Classes are spaced out by 30 minutes. To allow time and space for the class before to safely exit and for our Team to properly sanitize the space, we kindly ask that you arrive 5-15 MINUTES before the start of your class. We will begin check-in 15 minutes before the start of your class.

  • WHERE DO I CHECK-IN?

    CAPE HOUSE: Please be sure to “CHECK-IN” with B/SPOKE Staff at our Front Entrance (near L.L. Bean and across the street from lululemon pop-up store).

    WAREHOUSE: Please be sure to “CHECK-IN” with B/SPOKE Staff at our Front Entrance (located on C Street). Please know that the CHECK-IN to CLASS experience takes place in a “Circular Flow,” meaning once you depart one part of the space, you will not return to it! Please keep all of your belongings on you.

  • Can I use GEO CHECK-IN?

    We recommend utilizing our GEO CHECK-IN feature on our B/SPOKE App for a streamlined check-in experience. If using GEO CHECK-IN, you will still be required to stop to take your temperature before entering the building.

  • Anything specific I should know about the CHECK-IN experience?

    YES! 3 KEY ITEMS, which will take place ONE Client at a time. Immediately upon arrival:

    1. Thoroughly Hand Sanitize

    2. Complete Pre-Class Safety Compliance + Health Declaration Form via paper or via QR Code. Please know that the Pre-Class Safety Compliance + Health Declaration Form has specific provisions related to COVID-19 and must be completed by Clients before EVERY class.

    3. Complete Temperature Check. Please know that temperatures will be taken using an infrared thermometer and must be less than 100.4 degrees F (38.0 degrees C).

    Lastly, we will NOT be accepting CASH & must process all charges via a B/SPOKE account.

    CAPE HOUSE: After these 3 KEY ITEMS take place, Clients can head into the R/DE Room. We are recommending that Clients use the restrooms before entering the R/DE Room, if needed.

    WAREHOUSE: After these 3 KEY ITEMS take place, Clients can find a socially distant “WAREHOUSE Marker” in the lobby space before being prompted to the R/DE & TRAIN X Studio Space by a B/SPOKE Staff Member – all in a socially distant manner. Please note that the lobby space has 18 foot high ceilings.

  • Which entrance do I use?

    CAPE HOUSE: We are asking that all Clients enter through the FRONT ENTRANCE ONLY (near L.L. Bean and across the street from the lululemon pop-up store). The back door will remain EXIT ONLY.

    WAREHOUSE: We are asking that ALL clients enter through the FRONT ENTRANCE ONLY (there will be a separate EXIT).

  • WHAT IF I AM ON THE WAITLIST?

    If you show up for class and are on the waitlist, please inform the B/SPOKE Front Desk Staff that you are here on the waitlist. They will take your temperature, escort you inside to a socially distanced waiting spot, and will keep you posted on your waitlist status. Bikes will be released AT the start of class time.

  • What happens if I arrive late?

    We are NOT accepting late entries to class. If you are unable to make it on time, please reach out to HELLO or call the Front Desk directly. Credits WILL be returned to your account if you are unable to make it by the start of class.

  • Can I leave class early?

    No! We are asking that ALL CLIENTS remain inside the R/DE Room til the end of class and til dismissed by the Instructor to ensure social distancing and maximum comfort for all.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    We have a 12-hour cancellation policy, in which any reservation can be cancelled with NO penalty up to 12-hours before the start of class. If you need to cancel class within the 12-hour window, please reach out to HELLO for assistance.

  • WILL SHOE RENTALS BE AVAILABLE?

    While we are encouraging our Community to bring your own pair (when possible), we ARE offering limited shoe rentals for $7. You can PRE-order your shoe rental through the B/SPOKE App by adding an “add-on” to your reservation OR you can stop at the Front Desk to rent a pair.

  • ARE INDOOR CLASSES SILENT DISCO EXPERIENCE?

    CAPE HOUSE: No! We will be utilizing our full audio system that Clients know and love! #INMUSICWETRUST

    WAREHOUSE: Yes! We’re keeping SILENT DISCO for ALL classes at WAREHOUSE, including R/DE, TRAIN X, YOGA & more! Please BRING YOUR OWN SET OF WIRED HEADPHONES OR EARBUDS (NO bluetooth or AirPods!), which will be compatible with a receive that B/SPOKE provides. WIRED Headphones or Earbuds must be 3.5mm (AUX) compatible.

  • WILL YOU BE TAKING CASH?

    No. All charges must be made through your B/SPOKE Account.

  • ARE THERE SHOWERS?

    CAPE HOUSE: Our shower is closed at this time.

    WAREHOUSE: There are NO showers on site.

  • ARE THERE RESTROOMS?

    CAPE HOUSE: Yes restrooms are open! Please note that ALL AMENITIES have been removed from our restrooms in an effort to minimize high-touch areas. We are encouraging Clients to use the restrooms BEFORE entering the R/DE & TRAIN X Studio Space.

    WAREHOUSE: Restrooms are open (there are no showers on-site). Please note that ALL AMENITIES have been removed from our restrooms in an effort to minimize high-touch areas.Yes!  Towels will be available in the room for all classes. After class, please leave your used towel in one of the designated towel bins in the main lobby so that our team can safely wash and sanitize them as per CDC guidelines.  You are welcome to bring your own towel, if you prefer!

     

  • WILL SWEAT TOWELS BE AVAILABLE?

    Yes!  Towels will be available in the room for all classes. After class, please leave your used towel in one of the designated towel bins in the main lobby so that our team can safely wash and sanitize them as per CDC guidelines.  You are welcome to bring your own towel, if you prefer!

  • WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO KEEP THE STUDIO CLEAN?

    We are sanitizing equipment in between EACH class using EPA registered products according to CDC guidelines.

    We are installing TOUCHLESS SANITIZER STATIONS throughout the studio and are encouraging Clients to utilize before and after class.

    We have installed NANOSEPTIC self-cleaning adhesive material on ALL commonly used surfaces to prevent the spread of bacteria.

    We have invested in ELECTROSTATIC sprayer equipment which is one of the most powerful and versatile disinfecting and sanitizing solutions on the market. The sprayer uses an electrostatic charge that allows droplets to attract to the surface, rather than float in the air, providing 3X more coverage and the ability to “wrap around” surfaces and objects.

  • WHAT ABOUT YOUR HVAC SYSTEM?

    CAPE HOUSE: For the added safety of our clients and employees, we have upgraded our HVAC system with filters that have a MERV-13 rating consistent with those found in Hospitals.  We have also installed new air purifications systems inside the ventilation / ductwork that utilizes UV light and bi-polar ionization.

    WAREHOUSE: For the added safety of our clients and employees, we installed a brand new HVAC system that does NOT utilize any recycled air. This means that there is a consistent supply of FRESH AIR being cycled into the entire space at all times.

  • ARE THE WATER FOUNTAINS OPEN?

    Water fountains are UNAVAILABLE at this time to limit exposure to high-touch surfaces and to ensure the safety of our Community. We are selling Everybody Water cartons at the Front Desk for $3. You can learn more about this incredible woman-owned, local business HERE.

  • ARE LOCKERS OR CUBBIES AVAILABLE?

    CAPE HOUSE: Our Lockers/Cubbies are currently closed. Please minimize the amount of belongings you bring into the Studio Space and keep them by your bike/mat. Each “bike station” DOES have some space for any must-have personal belongings (shoes, keys, wallet), but we highly recommend leaving the majority of personal belongings in the car, if possible.

    WAREHOUSE: We do NOT have Locker/Cubbies in the common areas, however we DO have CRATES located at each bike station, which can be used to safely hold any must-have personal belongings (shoes, keys, wallet, etc.). Due to limited space, we highly recommend leaving the majority of personal belongings in the car or at home, if possible.

  • HOW LONG ARE R/DE CLASSES?

    R/DE classes are 45 minutes long, including a 4-5 minute arm song and a stretch at the end of class.

  • WILL THERE BE AN ARM SONG?

    Yes! R/DE classes WILL have an arm song utilizing a towel. No towel? No problem. You can either grab one of our complimentary towels provided for class OR you can use just your arms! We promise, you’ll still feel it!

  • WILL THERE BE TRAIN, TRAIN X, LAB WERK OR YOGA?

    CAPE HOUSE: We have reintroduced TRAIN X at the CAPE HOUSE Studio (INDOORS!). Please make sure to BYOMat & to keep your #MASKUP for the duration of class. We can’t wait to TRAIN X with you again! We are evaluating the class schedule and are looking to add additional classes in due time!

    WAREHOUSE: YES! We will be having TRAIN X and YOGA classes at WAREHOUSE. Mats are spaced at LEAST 14 feet apart. There are 35 bikes plus an Instructor bike. Please BYOMat for TRAIN X and YOGA Classes. Please note that the ceilings in the Studio Space are at LEAST 25ft. High.

     

  • Will you be selling retail?

    Yes! We will be selling select retail items. Please minimize trying on retail items, and if necessary please try any items on BEFORE your class.

  • DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN MAT FOR TRAIN X + YOGA?

    Yes! All TRAIN X and YOGA classes are BYO mat at both CAPE HOUSE and WAREHOUSE in order to minimize high touch surfaces.

    We also have rental mats available at check-in for $5 per mat.
