Our clients come to the studio for many different reasons: To feel better, get stronger, lose a little weight, or even just shake off some pent up stress.  Whatever the motivation, our Front Desk team ensures that clients leave with a favorable / positive experience every time.  Beyond hospitality and customer service, the Front Desk Team also support the smooth running of the studio from open to close.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide high level customer service to clients
  • Assist studio management in daily tasks and projects
  • Provide support to B/SPOKE instructors
  • Facilitate successful class check-in process
  • Be helpful, efficient, and proactive
  • Be a team player and promote camaraderie
  • Assist with training of new hires
  • Maintain product knowledge of retail operations and restocking
  • Perform bike fittings and maintenance
  • Promote and maintain the B/SPOKE aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere and culture

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding customer service and problem solving skills
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work with a wide range of personalities
  • Friendly and professional phone and email etiquette
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Must be able to work a non-traditional schedule, including weekends and some holidays

SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

  • 3 Shifts / Week including 1 weekend day
  • 10 Hours / Week

Availability that supports a range of the following shift times:

  • 5 – 930am
  • 630 – 1115am
  • 8am – 2pm
  • 4 – 930pm
