We open up empty bikes to standby riders on the waitlist at the official start of class.
We DO NOT admit any clients into R/DE class more than 5 minutes after the official start.
We DO NOT admit any First Time clients into class more than 5 minutes after the official start.
You can cancel a class online or by calling the studio without penalty up to 12 hours before the start of class.
For clients on any type of unlimited package, you will incur a $10 fee for Late Cancellations and $20 for No Shows.
Clients on all other packages will lose the credit used to book the class.
The core of our package offerings. For riders who enjoy cross-training, like more flexibility in terms of the expiry for each package, and would like to book more than one bike / mat in each class. These credits are valid at ALL studios.
Monthly passes activate on the date of your FIRST class that you book and will automatically renew each month. For clients who wish to maintain weekly regimens, we recommend a monthly pass. Choose from packages that allow for an average of once, twice, or three classes per week. Passes can be cancelled at any time by emailing email@example.com. Passes cannot be shared and there are absolutely NO extensions on unused credits.
For those riding four times or more per week, we recommend the Unlimited package. Packages will activate on the date of the FIRST class you book after purchasing. Please be aware of our Cancellation Policy and Late Cancel ($10) / No Show ($20) fees for riders on Unlimited packages. Unlimited riders also receive 10% off all retail / merchandise purchases. These credits are valid at ALL studios. Restrictions DO APPLY for Reg Unlimited Package.
